If you want to express your gratitude for all the people putting their lives on the line during the COVID-10 pandemic, there’s an event this Monday, and you can attend safely at home.
Clap/Cheer for the Heroes during this Pandemic, organized by Darryl Lammin, will take place on Monday, March 30th at 7 p.m.
You can practice social distancing and clap and cheer from your front door, front yard, balcony or just open a window. Lammin hopes people will share the Facebook event so the sound on Monday will show all the essential people working at the front line appreciation for their ongoing hard work. She writes:
“Let’s hear it for the all the medical staff, grocery store workers, delivery drivers, garbage pickup workers, mail delivery and anyone else who’s putting their lives on the line during this pandemic.”
