Montclair Film announced it will reschedule the 2020 Montclair Film Festival due to COVID-19:
This week, the spread of the COVID-19 virus led the State of NJ to declare a state of emergency, and the Township of Montclair suspended all programs for at-risk populations, including patrons aged 60 years old and older. After consulting with Township of Montclair officials and based on current guidance from The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), Montclair Film will postpone the 2020 Montclair Film Festival, originally scheduled for May 1-10, 2020.
In addition, for the safety of patrons and students, all events and classes scheduled for March and April will be re-scheduled for a future date once public health officials determine it is prudent to proceed.
Montclair Film is thoroughly committed to the health and safety of our community, and we support and are grateful to our public health partners as they work to fight COVID-19, and we will reschedule the Festival and resume classes and other events once we have been told by public health officials that we are “all clear”.
Thank you for your support — we will send updates as they become available!
