Montclair, NJ – After a temporary halt to Succeed2gether’s tutoring program due to Covid-19, the
Montclair-based non-profit has resumed free one-on-one tutoring for all students, online via the Zoom platform, Director of Education at Succeed2gether Toni Martin, announced this week.

For the past 10 years, Succeed2gether has provided free or low-cost weekly tutoring sessions to around 100 students a year at the Montclair Public Library. Students come from all over Essex County and are tutored in all subjects from K to 12, depending on their needs.

With social distancing in place, Succeed2gether is now offering online tutoring help to students who are struggling with their online classes and homework.

“Usually we offer our tutoring program free to low-income families only. However during this current crisis, we are offering free tutoring services to all students, “ Martin said.

Parents or caregivers of a child who needs help with their schoolwork in any subject may contact Succeed2gether at info@succeed2gether.org or 973-746-0553 (Monday-Thursday, 9 am-3 pm). As more students are requiring support at this time, anyone interested in becoming a tutor is also encouraged to contact Succeed2gether.

In addition, Succeed2gether is now offering free online college essay tutoring with the help of professional writers and editors. For more information about this, or to sign up, please contact Succeed2gether at the above email and/or phone number.

Succeed2gether families in need are continuing to receive weekly relief food packages, supplied by Toni’s Kitchen. If you would like more information about this, please contact the Succeed2gether office. There is also a food pantry available at Bloomfield College for Bloomfield students: https://toniskitchen.org/latest-update-on-coronavirus-response/
