Rock climbing is coming to Montclair.
Montclair’s new arts and entertainment development, the Seymour Street Arts District, located at the former Social Security building site, has already announced its first three commercial tenants.
The new mixed-use development, located next door to the Wellmont Theater, will be getting an art school, an indoor rock climbing gym, and a medical practice.
The Gravity Vault will open its 11th location with a new 12,000-square-foot space in Montclair.
Summit Medical Group, who currently has offices in Montclair, will take over the full 40,000-square-foot space at 1 Seymour Plaza, reports Real Estate New Jersey.
A third tenant is the Englewood-based One River Art School who will occupy some 3,300 square feet of space in Montclair, including an exhibition area.
