‘Hell’s Kitchen’ Chef Heats Up The MC Hotel Every Thursday

Executive Chef Amber Lancaster and Lead Line Cook Nikki Hanna bring the sizzle to The MC Hotel every Thursday as they both compete on Season 19 of Hell’s Kitchen.

Lancaster and Hanna are the culinary creative force behind the hotel’s two dining spots. — Allegory, which offers a chic modern take on clean, healthy cooking, and Alto, the breathtaking rooftop bars.

Even though this culinary duo compete against each other in the fiery competition set in Las Vegas, Lancaster and Hanna have become good friends and have enjoyed bringing the heat back to New Jersey’s MC Hotel for fans to experience.
