Eat Local: Easter Dinner Menus Offer Options For Pick Up or Dine In

Easter is coming up fast, so it’s time to plan your dinner menu. Whether you want to pick up something local or dine out for the holiday, we’ve got you covered!

Faubourg Montclair (544 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair) – Faubourg Montclair will offer a Holiday at Home Bundle that feeds 4-6 for $295. The menu includes Fava Beans & Fresh Garbanzo Bean Hummus, Jumbo Asparagus, Quiche Printaniere, as well as your choice of Roasted Leg of Lamb or Easter Ham with sides and dessert. Drinks can be added on. Order by Friday, April 2 for pick up on Easter. They’ll also offer a 3 Course Easter Dinner Menu at $75 per person available for dine-in or to-go on Easter Sunday. Reservations for Easter Sunday brunch and dinner can be made via Resy.

The Barrow House (1296 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton) and Cowan’s Public House (229 Centre Street, Nutley) – Both restaurants will offer Easter Dinner Packages for pick up on Saturday, April 3. Choose from the Braised Lamb Shank Package ($165) or the Honey Mustard Glazed Ham Package ($110). Each package feeds 4 and includes Cornbread, Spring Salad, Deviled Eggs, Creamed Kale, Whipped Potatoes, and Strawberries and Cream Cake. You can place your orders for Cowan’s Public House or The Barrow House through Resy.

McLoone’s Boathouse (9 Cherry Lane, West Orange) – There are several options to choose from to celebrate Easter with McLoone’s Boathouse. The Family Style Brunch will be offered from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 4. Options include fresh baked breads, brunch staples, build your own omelet, and Easter specialties like ham, leg of lamb, salmon and more. Chicken fingers and fries will be available for the kids. Brunch is $39.95 per person; $17.95 for children ages 3-11. An Easter a la carte menu will also be available, featuring an assortment of starters, salads, soups, sides, raw bar selections, and entrees from both land and sea. Finally, if you’d prefer to stay in, you can order from the catering menu. The Boathouse Feast features chicken francaise and is $149.95. The McLoone’s Feast features filet mignon and is $199.95. Both come with rolls, salad, maple glazed salmon, whipped potatoes, vegetables, and cheesecake, and serve up to 6 people. The Ultimate Feast includes everything with the McLoone’s Feast, plus pigs wellington, shrimp cocktail, and crab cakes. Make your orders at least 24 hours in advance for catering. Reservations are available online for in-person dining.

Ariane Kitchen & Bar (706 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona) – Ariane Kitchen & Bar will be serving up Easter Brunch from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Make your reservations as soon as possible by calling 973.744.0533 or emailing IWANT2B@ARIANEKB.COM.

Tia’s Food of Love (638 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona) – An Easter Dinner Package will be available from Tia’s Food of Love. You’ll choose two appetizers, a first course, a main course with sides, and a dessert. Each package feeds 4-6 people and is $249. Order by March 27 for pick up by April 3. Entrées include Roasted Turkey Breast, Dijon Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, Chicken options, and more.


Turtle + The Wolf (622 Valley Road, Upper Montclair) – Turtle + The Wolf will offer curbside pickup only for their Easter menu, which includes Heritage Pork Spiral Ham, Heritage Pork Ham Shank, Smoked Lamb Ribs, or a Spring Garlic & Morel Mushroom Lasagna. Order by April 1 for pickup on April 4. Earlier pickup is available with advance notice. Menu standards and sides will also be available to order.



Join Laboratorio Kitchen on Easter Sunday (from 2-8 p.m.) for a delicious holiday themed à la carte menu. Indoor dining, outdoor patio and takeout will be available; but book ahead. To reserve your Easter dinner reservations, call 973-746-6100.
