Montclair Mayor To Be President of NJEA For 2021-23 Term

Montclair mayor Sean Spiller, who is currently New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) vice president, will be the next president of the NJEA.

Spiller was the only candidate for president and was declared elected to that position for the 2021-23 term.

Montclair Education Association President Petal Robertson is one of three candidates for the secretary-treasurer position. Elections will be held between April 1 and noon of April 15.

Current NJEA secretary-treasurer, Steve Beatty, was the only candidate for vice president and was declared elected to that position for the 2021-23 term.

Elections will be held between April 1 and noon of April 15.
