Montclair NAACP Urge Mayor, Council To Extend Rent Freeze Moratorium

The Montclair Branch NAACP, joined by other community supporters, sent a letter urgently requesting that Mayor Sean Spiller and council members of the Township of Montclair provide an extension on Ordinance O-20-24, in order to extend the current rent freeze moratorium until three months after the Governor of the State of NJ lifts the state of emergency due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
