  • Outpost in the Burbs presents The incredible harmonies and distinctive arrangements of The Jayhawks on Saturday, November 19 at 8 pm.
  • See Boyz II Men at Mayo PAC on Saturday, November 20 at 8 pm.
  • John Lee, a 2019 Grammy Award winner and Dizzy Gillespie’s long-time bassist, comes to SOPAC with a few of his friends for a special Jazz concert in the Loft on Saturday, November 20 at 8 pm.
  • NJPAC presents an all-star concert celebrating George Wein on Saturday, November 20 at 7:30 pm. The show will feature contemporary swing saxophonist and clarinetist Anat Cohen, along with special guests including Christian McBride, Kenny Barron, Johnathan Blake, Randy Brecker, Lew Tabackin, Peter Washington, Duchess, and more.
  • Singer, songwriter, producer, musical powerhouse Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds performs at NJPAC on Sunday, November 21 at 7 pm.

Theater & Dance

  • Vanguard Theater presents Next to Normal: A rock musical exploring mental illness, and the “typical” American family this weekend.
  • The Simon & Garfunkel Story is a critically acclaimed concert-style theatre show about two young boys from Queens who went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time. See it at The Wellmont on Saturday, November 20 at 6:30 pm.

Comedy

  • Ramy Youssef takes NJPAC’s stage for one night of comedy tonight, Thursday, November 17 at 7 pm.
  • Perhaps best known for starring the CBS sitcom The King of Queens, comedian Kevin James has been making audiences laugh for years. See him at Bergen PAC on Saturday, November 20 at 8 pm.

  • Van Vleck hosts a weekend-long celebration called Good Grows Here – Gratitude & Gatherings beginning tonight, Thursday, November 28. Enjoy shopping, a Deck the Halls dance party, Family Day, and much more!
  • Celebrate One River School joining the Montclair community at Party on the Plaza from 10 am – 4 pm on Saturday, November 20 in the Wellmont Arts Plaza and at their newly opened art studios.

  • Join the 9th Annual Montclair Bikery Turkey Ride on Sunday, November 21 at 10 am!  Enjoy riding with your friends on a chilly, flat 15-mile ride while helping out those in need. First, stop at the Brookdale Shoprite to buy a frozen turkey and ride them back to the Human Needs Food Pantry at 9 Label Street in Montclair.
