Bloomfield, NJ – Partners, a Bloomfield based non-profit, recently received an $8,000 grant from The Montclair Foundation. This grant will support Partners on- going work to provide free legal services to low-income victims of domestic and sexual violence.

“We want to thank The Montclair Foundation for their steadfast support of our work,” said Julie A. Murphy, Executive Director of Partners. “This generous $8,000 grant means that we can provide legal assistance to even more victims of domestic and sexual violence.”

Partners is a 501(c)(3) organization. Since its founding in 2002, Partners has helped thousands of victims and their children secure orders of protection, child support awards, and safe visitation and custody arrangements. Partners’ programs provide technical and procedural advice, counsel and legal advice, pro bono legal representation, and referrals.
