  • Bathroom and/or kitchen renovation
  • Landscaping and fencing
  • Refinishing or replacing hardwood floors
  • Handyman services
  • Pest control

Concierge funds can also be used for less obvious needs:

  • Movers and storage
  • Down payment for assisted living or retirement home
  • Boarding pets during showings
  • Solar panels

How does it work?

  • Sellers who list with Compass are eligible to apply for Concierge funds.
  • Homes must qualify under Compass Concierge guidelines and are subject to certain additional terms and conditions.
  • Kyle will work with you to address what services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget.
  • When sellers are ready, Kyle can help you line up vendors, if needed.
  • When transformation is complete, your home will go on the market, looking its absolute best.
  • Sellers repay the loan when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
