Buzz Aldrin Middle School Annual STEAM Career Day is an opportunity for community and family members to share experience and knowledge with students in an effort to help inform them about their talents and skills, and how these characteristics will translate into a rewarding and productive career. This has been a wonderful and rewarding event over the past seven years.

Virtually: with 1-2 classrooms of students (25-50 participants) per session
Sessions: your option to choose one of the following
AM (2 sessions; 8:00-10:30)
PM (2 sessions; 11:30-2:00)
Full-Day (4 sessions; 8:00-2:00)
Information: Identify the skills/interests for working in your career by selecting one (or two) of the following choices. We will then match students, who have like interests/skills, to you.
Artistic- unstructured situations using imagination and creativity
Conventional- work with information, detailed tasks, clerical or numerical tasks
Enterprising- influence/lead/persuade people to achieve organizational/financial goals
Investigative- observe, learn, investigate, analyze, and solve problems
Realistic- athletic interests, work with objects, machines, tools, plants or animals, outdoorsy
Social- work with people to inspire, inform, help, or cure them
