- Montclair’s Holiday Tree Lighting, sponsored by the Montclair Office of Recreation & Cultural Affairs, is tonight at 6 PM. Join the Montclair Community Band, Toy Soldiers, Santa & Mrs. Clause, and more to start up the “snowy” season.
- Tonight Montclair Art Museum’s First Thursday is a Winter Art Market! Join art lovers to shop the Winter Art Market featuring more than twenty-four artists and artisans!
- On Saturday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Montclair Public Library will celebrate the Seven Principles of Kwanzaa with a festive community gathering.
- Start Out Fresh Intervention Advocates (S.O.F.I.A.) hosts its 2nd Winter Scarf and Hat fundraiser together with the Montclair Women’s Club. All proceeds go towards S.O.F.I.A. programs in the community. All items are handmade!
- Newark Winter Village continues through January 31st with ice skating and other wintry activities.
- Montclair Center continues its Winter Wonderland at Wellmont Plaza on Saturday. The event is every Saturday through December 17, 2022. (edit: Due to inclement weather, Winter Wonderland redux will move to The Clairidge theater from 1 PM – 4 PM with Buddy the Elf, Santa and Mrs Claus, and Macaroni Kid/Fairy Hair!)
- Glen Ridge Women’s Club’s Winter Wonderland is Saturday from 9 AM – 2 PM.
