West Orange, NJ – The 17th West Orange Classic Film Festival returns on January 8th to themAMC Essex Green Theatre. The Festival Theme for 2023 is “Fabulous Fables and Magical Myths”
The film line-up includes:
The Adventures of Robin Hood,
Abbott and Costello in Jack and the Beanstalk, Cocteau’s Beauty and the Beast,
The Princess Bride,
Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,
The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad,
Yellow Submarine
Field of Dreams.
In addition, Jack and the Beanstalk is being presented in a stunning, new 4k version marking the New Jersey premiere of this restored classic featuring the state’s favorite sons, Abbott & Costello. See you at the movies!
The West Orange Classic Film Festival is presented by the West Orange Film Society, part of the West Orange Arts Council, and in 2022 is co-sponsored by the West Orange Recreation Department, and The West Orange Chronicle.
