Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self-Care is an easy-to-learn mind-body energy practice that utilizes a combination of breath and light touch and is used in medical, corporate, education, and other settings. Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self Care complements and can be used in tandem with other mind-body modalities, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork.
